Works great - even for 2012 SX4

Just got it installed - works as designed as far as I can tell. Instructions could use improvement. Instead of drilling a 1" hole in the frame rails, you should drill a 1.25" hole. So, if you need to go by a hole saw, buy a 1.25" hole saw.

This DOES work for the 2012 Suzuki SX4 Hatchback - even though the application guide doesn't indicate that it does.

Poor quality for Amazon

The trailer hitch for the SX4 was delivered with no protective packaging and none of the mounting hardware, adapter or instructions. I returned it to Amazon and they sent another. The second one still had no protective packaging. The hitch is chipped and scratched and even gouged. I will have to paint this myself to use it. At least this time, the hardware, adapter and instructions were included. I'll have to decide whether to keep it or return it.

What more can I say? It fits and works great. Installed in 15 minutes. The quality and price was excellent.
