This super heavy duty winch mount kit will work with almost any winch up to 4500 lbs including the Warn, Gorilla, Superwinch, Tusk, Bulldog, Ramsey, Moose, etc. Updated design will now allow mounting winches with the wide drum such as the Warn RT40 and the Superwinch Terra 45. Compatible with 4 bolt winches only. Utilizes heavy gauge steel plate with reinforcing plates. Black powdercoat finish. Includes all mounting hardware and complete installation instructions. Allows you to mount a roller fairlead to the front (not included). Fits all 2008-2012 Teryx and Teryx-4 models.

Just as it states in the description I bought this to attach a Superwinch Terra 45 to my Teryx. It installed easily and works perfectly. No complaints.
